Citizenship : Indian citizen.Professional Experience :
Minimum 7 years of continuous practice as an Advocate.
Must be an Income Tax assessee for the last 3 years with:
General : ₹5 Lakh/year gross income.SC/BC/EWS/PwBD : ₹3 Lakh/year gross income.
Case Handling Experience :
General : Handled 50 cases/year in the last 3 years.Reserved Categories : 40 cases/year in the last 3 years.
Language : Passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a subject.
Age Limit & Relaxation
Minimum Age : 35 years.Maximum Age : 45 years (as of 31 July 2025).Relaxation : 5 years for SC/BC/PwBD candidates (Punjab domicile only).
